Refund policy

Clothes
Due to our made-to-order process, we do not accept returns unless we send the wrong size or color. This policy applies to our repurposed/vintage items as well. Please read the description of each item to ensure that you're buying exactly what fits you. We're happy to replace an item if they contain flaws we missed in our quality control process (ink stains, rips, etc.).

AROMA
All AROMA orders are acceptable for returns if the vessel shadders in the shipping process. Please follow burn and safety instructions, including on the item's page and packaging. Any feedback is welcome and can be submitted through our contact page.

All sales are final. We are not responsible for lost packages, all claims for lost parcels should go through the carrier. If you'd like to make a claim, please get in touch with us.
