RUIZ Atelier is a sensory company encompassing Clothing, Accessories, Objects, and AROMA. Driven by personal narratives and life experiences, making tangible pieces that romanticize a time that passed.

Blending laboratory utilitarianism with nostalgic elements, each piece transforms irreplaceable lived experiences into products that evoke familiarity and connection. The aim is to forge bonds through these creations, inviting others to share in the echoes of a past that shape us.

We prioritize the use of natural fibers, dyes, and ingredients in all of our products. We currently employ made-in-USA fibers, natural dyes, and low-impact synthetic dyes that utilize recycled water from every batch. Additionally, we use water-based and soy inks in our printing. We are committed to continuously improving our sustainability practices with each new release.

Clothes

The first inner circle in our logomark represents clothing—the beginning of what is now RUIZ. We started with a T-shirt as a blank canvas. For our founder, clothing has always been a part of the family story. Coming from a family who made garments yet often couldn’t afford them, this pillar is essential to our narrative and continues to serve as the canvas for sharing ideas and stories. Clothing is a shield we all know, a second skin we all wear. This icon also honors the person who began the circle—our mother, Olga.

Accessories

The second inner circle in our logomark represents accessories—an element that emerged early in the brand’s journey as we began shaping our line. Totes, in particular, played a significant role, created with the intention of being functional pieces built for work and daily life. This circle also honors our father, Hugo, renowned in our family as one of the hardest workers we have ever known.

Objects

The third inner circle in our logomark represents objects—an extension of the brand that can be difficult to define and is rarely released, yet holds deep meaning for us. This pillar expands into the idea of home: the feeling it gives and the things we choose to bring into it to tell our story. We are collectors, admirers of life’s details, and this circle embodies the belief that everything is an object capable of holding a special place in both home and space. This circle represents the founder’s older brother, David, whose role as a guiding, brotherly figure reminds us that home is not only built of things, but also of those who anchor and inspire us.

Aroma

The fourth and final inner circle in our logomark represents aroma, the last pillar founded by Daniel. For him, scent has become a canvas for memory, a way to tell stories through the air we breathe. Each fragrance is crafted by his hand, inspired by a loved one and rooted in a core memory. This pillar expands the sensory world of RUIZ, opening the door for others to step into the life we have lived—through the invisible, yet deeply felt, language of scent.
